How do I make a booking?
Via telephone, e-mail or preferably through our website.

When will I receive confirmation of my booking?
You will receive a booking reference number at the time of booking. This will either be e-mailed to you if you have booked through our website of given verbally over the phone.

Can I book a vehicle with a child seat?
Yes, we offer child seats at no extra charge, subject to availability. Please provide us with the age of your child.

What type of vehicles do you have?

When will I receive a receipt?
Once you have made payment a receipt will be sent via e-mail.

How do I find my driver from an airport, port or station?
If you have not booked a “meet and greet” service the driver will contact you by text or phone call. Please ensure your phone is switched on.

What is a ‘Meet and Greet’ service?
A ‘Meet and Greet’ service is whereby the driver will park his vehicle and meet you with a name board in the appropriate place i.e an Arrivals Hall.

Can I book a wheel-chair accessible vehicle?
Yes we are able to offer wheel chair accessible vehicles.

Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is delayed?
No, we will track your plane's progress .

What do I do if I don’t know the postcode?
Enter all the details you do have and we will try and find the postcode and email you back a quotation as soon as possible.

Is Your Company licensed and fully insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed. All our vehicles are also insured.

Will you meet us any time of day or night?
Yes, as all bookings are pre booked we provide a 24hr service.
